Creative Process
Make hidden creative decisions easier to discuss.
For Teams & Organisations
Creative teams are usually good at discussing outcomes. The harder question is what happened in the process that produced them.
Spatial Thinking gives teams a shared language for examining creative work and the decisions behind it.

Workplace coaching
They become better at recognising which ideas matter.
Creative organisations often have plenty of talent and output. The difficulty is connecting observation, discussion, concept and decision. Teams can debate solutions while carrying different interpretations of the problem.
Workplace coaching looks at how a team currently frames problems, develops ideas and makes decisions. We identify where the friction lives, then design a workshop or coaching programme around that actual situation.
This is not a workshop about being “more creative.” It is about understanding the creative system a team already has — and making it work better.
Possible formats
The format follows the team's context and the problem it wants to work through.
Creative-team and design-process workshops
Concept-development sessions and project-team facilitation
Multi-session workplace coaching
Leadership, creative-direction and bespoke Spatial Thinking sessions
Who can take part
Architecture practices, design teams, universities, design schools, creative organisations, innovation teams and interdisciplinary groups.
Possible workshop themes
The session can be shaped around your group's work, questions and context.
Make hidden creative decisions easier to discuss.
Work on how ideas are developed, tested and carried forward.
Move beyond vague critique toward useful feedback on specific decisions and micro-steps.
Explore creative leadership, critique and direction without simply imposing one person's answer.
Use observation and creative process as material for new ideas.
Look at how ideas move between people and where they become diluted, stalled or misunderstood.
Use real work
Bring a live project, design challenge, competition, difficult brief, team process or unresolved creative problem. A workshop can work directly from the team's material.
Scope depends on team size, objective, preparation, format, location, follow-up and whether consultancy is also required.
